When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all fulfilled orders within one working day.

Why is there limited stock?

Every product is made in-house here in London and is not mass-produced.

Each unit requires many hours of 3D printing, followed by assembly, testing, and quality checks before it is ready to ship. To ensure every product meets our standards, we intentionally limit the number of units available in each batch.

As a small enthusiast-run business, production capacity is currently limited, but we're constantly working on ways to increase output without compromising quality.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are made here in London, UK.
Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations between items may occur. As these parts are manufactured using 3D printing technology, minor surface marks or imperfections may occasionally be present. These are normal characteristics of the production process and do not affect the fit, functionality, or overall performance of the product.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is automatically calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Is the item waterproof?

Each item is sealed with specialist waterproof adhesive to ensure no water gets inside and damaged the LEDs.

Furthermore, I have tested the product by washing the car multiple times after installed, focusing on the area with a jet wash and it has been fine.
